Description:

Develop a backend for the Fitness Playground app with the following features:

User Authentication: Register, login, and password reset.
User Stats Management: Submit and retrieve user stats (height, weight, age, etc.).
Ingredient Management: Get ingredients by category and select ingredients.
Meal Plan Generation: Generate and retrieve customized meal plans.
Activity Logging: Log and retrieve user activities.
Notifications: Send and retrieve notifications for users.

Prioritize simplicity and ease of use. Consider using Node.js with Express, Flask, headless CMS, or a serverless approach.
