psi-ms/ appeared to be a symlink to psi/psi-ms

csv seems to be incapable to recover from such 'error' during checkout and aborts completely.
I subsequently used rsync to get at least those files beyond that appear as normal.

N.B.: there might be more files apart from 2014_Scho to 2014_Schober_etal_Ontology usage in Omics Standards Initiatives_Pros and Cons of enriching XML data formats with controlled vocabulary terms.pdf missing
