megapath.nt.lsam.id.gz not found!

Two different installation methods have been tried. The error occurred in both cases.

Is there any error in "Nucleotide mapping" ("Mapping reads to Nucleotide DB") step? Since the "*.nt.lsam.id.gz" shall be generated during this step.
