[ENHANCEMENT] Reuse date range picker from feature detail page on the stats page

We should re-use the date range picker from the feature detail page on the stats page.

We also should make sure the same URL query parameter logic is in one place and is reused across both pages. That way users can navigate to the page and request a specific window of time instead of starting with the default 1 year window.
