Bing Bong Balls

Bing Bong Balls provides entertainment with a new medium to create music. When you are bored, use this app to create seemingly random music in an experimental, creative setting. Enjoy the music that you created!

For Android users, find the APK and download it here.

Usage

Start Menu

Modes

Free Play

Main Game (Free Play)

  • Create all the blocks & launchers you want!
  • Record & save your music!
  • Your music will be saved here: Android/data/com.DefaultCompany.bingBongBalls/files/

Puzzle mode

Puzzle Menu Main Game (Puzzle)

  • Listen to a recording & recreate it using your creativity
  • Submit your recording & check the leaderboard to compare your scores!

Buttons

Create Launcher

Create Launcher

  • After clicking this button, choose your instrument then click the tick to confirm

Launcher Menu

  • Then, click any empty space to place a launcher!

Create Block

Create Block

  • After clicking this button, choose a note & octave

Block Menu

  • Click the button above the tick to decide if you want a natural or sharp
  • Then click the tick to confirm
  • Now click any empty space to place a block!

Select

Select

  • After clicking this button, select and drag a launcher / block to move them around

Move Launchers/Blocks

  • Drag a launcher / block to the top right corner to delete it

Launch a Ball

  • To launch a ball, select a launcher, then tap an empty space to launch a ball at that direction

Record

Start Recording Stop Recording

  • Pressing this button once will start an audio recording!
  • Press it again to stop the recording and name your new masterpiece!
  • In Puzzle Mode, stopping a recording automatically submits it

Contributing

  1. Fork and clone this repository to your local machine.
  2. Open the project with Unity 2020.3.9.
  3. Make necessary changes, commit and push.
  4. Submit your pull request!
