[Feature] Emote Wheel

It would be nice to have an emote wheel to make communicating with players without voice chat easier.

How I'd expect this to work is you press and hold the emote key and it shows you a wheel of emotes to choose from and you move your mouse towards one and let go of the emote key to select it.

I would expect the emotes to just be a simple image that shows above the player, nothing too complex.
