Describe the bug

opening a container wipes the text from signs

To Reproduce

(screenshot of layout I took in java but was actually tested on bedrock ;) )

stand on the x
open the container indicated with arrow
the sign more often than not has its text wiped

Expected behaviour

the sign doesnt get wiped :)

(pc & android) 1.21.51 (was reported to us from a player with ps5 too)

Additional Context

I'm assuming it has something to do with the ghost chest that shows now and again above players head in that blocks space where the sign is
