User doesn't see all thread replies from other user for some time #2028

Which packages are you using?

stream_chat_flutter, stream_chat_persistance, stream_chat_localizations

On what platforms did you experience the issue?

iOS, Android, Web

What version are you using?

stream_chat_flutter: ^8.0.0
stream_chat_localizations: ^8.0.0
stream_chat_persistence: ^8.0.0

What happened?

User receives notification about thread replies, see the right count of replies, but after opening of thread some messages are missed. In some time after that messages appears

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a message to thread from one user to another very quickly. 
2. Open thread from receiver profile and see that counter and actual count of replies are not the same
3. Wait some time and reopen the thread

Supporting info to reproduce

I will attach video with the case, when there is 17 replies but shown only 11, other messages are missed, (they wasn't deleted)
