Example comparison between NN/HQx/xBR

I would love to see xBR added to Gens/GS. As of 2013-05-01 the best version appears to me to be the xBR-v3.8c series, although some may prefer the a and b variants as well as perhaps variants without blending (maintaining original game palette). 2x through 5x scalers are available at the github link below, as well as other references.

If a C/C++ version is available, I can implement that in II 1.0_beta2 (which is planned as the "MDP release"). GL shader plugins are planned for a later release, and I'll have to convert it from Cg to GLSL in order for it to work.
