This is a patch i did up for those who had deprecated warnings against old
versions of libpng. It is stable enough and tested with mingw.

This is git copy of libpng from sourceforge.

command:
git apply --whitespace=nowarn filename.patch

This patch removes some whitespaces but git can't tell the difference between
removing or adding of whitespaces.

libpng-1.4.0 hasn't been widely tested yet, so I'll wait until more applications start using it before upgrading Gens/GS's internal copy. (Note that libpng-1.4.0 breaks binary compatibility, which isn't necessarily that important for the built-in copy, but is important for systems where Gens/GS uses the system copy of libpng.)

Gens/GS II no longer includes a copy of libpng, since it relies on Qt's image handling capabilities for PNG read/write support. (Qt uses the system libpng on Unix systems, and has a bundled libpng on Windows and Mac OS X.)
