The current settings are:

shortcut delimiter: #
command delimiter: !

The config file should have a section where it is possible to change these to a custom special character.

Before proceeding with this change, we need to consider which delimiters will not conflict with popular programs that use similar delimiters, and if they will work on each operating system.

Moving into future plans as this is not a vital feature. It will be considered in a future release.
