Hi Dziudek,

I am getting that error "An error occured during creating the thumbnail." on my site http://banker.az/

I browse on internet, tried almost all your given solutions but all in vain. so please help me to solve this problem.

1 more thing is same template is working fine on http://line.az even I check the folder and file permissions also.

First of all please check the CHMODs for the gavern/nsp_cache directory

Please also make sure that the GD library is available on your hosting.

Hi,

  • CHMODs for the gavern/cache_nsp directory is 755.
  • GD library is not available on our hosting that why I've created ticket to my hosting and they said that they will install it asap.
