ScalableInteger class to be implemented

After implementing automatical resizing, all integers used in drawing became resized. But with SCREENRESIZING_AUTOWIDE option and aligning feature, some integers should resize by different coefficients. ScalableInteger class would do the automatical integer resizing jobs.
