It would be nice to store the availability each time vacinespotter checks for availability and then display the historical data. Useful information could be displayed such as the number of available appointments over time and/or correlated by the time of day. This can help users know the best time to check for new appointments (and also see how quickly appointments fill)

+1 for this. I've been watching the JSON files for each state to get some idea of what the changes look like but access to more complete data (I know it's a lot) would be very helpful for spotting trends in when these providers drop appointments.
