API Testing

Related to #100, I made a website https://vaccine.andrewtran.xyz/ that gives vaccine notifications using data from here via the API. It would be cool to have the API be more documented and tested/rigorous.

@28andrew your app is awesome, great job! I just signed up for notifications. You may want to reach out to Tony and Ryan over at https://shotoclock.io/ They'e built some of their own crawlers and had indicated they may be able share some of the data they are getting. Also, I started to put together jabhunter.com more focused on finding expiring doses at the moment but it will start to incorporate more appointment field reports as eligibly opens up to include everyone 16+ I'm also wanting to add notifications to jabhunter, it's more focused on local pharmacies and providers than the national chains, so I was wondering if your notifier is open sourced so we may be able possibly fork it? Also I'm happy to help you with your efforts in any way I can. I've requested to connect with you on linkedin so if you would like some help with something or one of my contacts could help you please let me know.

Thanks! I'll check them out. I'll open source the PHP code soon, though it's not the prettiest. I'd love to rewrite it in Node sometime.
