You should be ideally getting 401 and not 400. It seems there has been an error at your end. |

My suggestion is to check baseUrl again, to ensure it is set with correct URL like
https://library-api.postmanlabs.com. Do not include the slash / after .comin Collection Variables. Quick Check on API key authorization on Collection and request as well.
