Add ability to move a track to another view and add tracks to all views

Currently tracks must be opened individually for each view, but it is likely the same track will be opened in all views in a lot of cases.

Add the ability to move a currently opened track to another view, and further add the ability to bulk populate all views in the MLLV with a selected track from any view's track selector.

Might require extending/plugging into the track selector component.
