Time-series file (.csv) - format per examples in TroutLake and ToolikLake files.
-Time-series file should be daily, but can have gaps; code will interpolate linearly to fill gaps

Rain date file (.csv) - format per examples in TroutLake and ToolikLake files.
-File should include every daily time-step or be linearly interpolated (pre-submission) so that every time step is included.
	-Program does not linearly interpolate rain date. It should be prepared to match time-series file post time-series daily interpolation.

Parameter file (.txt) - formate per examples in TroutLake and ToolikLake files.
