It might be me, but when I downloaded the zanzibar layer I couldn't seem to make anything show. The spatial extents in the meta data were all nan

This applies to both the geopackage and the shapefile.

it seems a problem with the Geoserver services with this layer (and any other that have both POINT and MULTIPOYGON geoms).
We are analyzing it to provide a fix.
