SRC5: transfer and renounce ownership

Motivation

The current standard contains a function to fetch the owner, with free floating functions that enable ownership handling.

I have not seen reasoning for excluding these two (solidity impl) functions.

If the SRC5 is meant to be limited then perhaps an extension to SRC5 may be created which exposes the ability for the owner to transfer or renounce ownership.
