Donation through opencollective failed and new donations not possible

For some reason opencollective is saying "This account cannot receive financial contributions at this time" if you click on the blue donate link and a monthly donation I'd set up a year or more ago was also rejected this month. Didn't see another way to contact you so adding this as a bug report. :-)
