no proxy settings?

Hi, i just subscribed to floobits but in my company we use a proxy for internet and can't see a way to set this in floobits; it says connection timeout all the time. I use Atom.

I believe this is why I'm unable to use floobits too, when I do floobits : setup, I just get an empty page with these errors :
