In principle, the wrapper which allows the Web Historian Community Edition to function as a standalone MacOS app could also be applied to the Habits and to the Education Edition.
The wrapper makes use of a shim which re-implements some of the Chrome extension API calls. These include the i18n locale function and the storage.local function. However, the Habits and the Education Edition currently do not make use of these API calls consistently. Before the wrapper can be applied to these editions, their code would need to be updated to something similar to that of the Community Edition.
