Some sites fail to display normal page translation popups in mobile view

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set the popup mode to "Always popup", the dark color mode is changed to "Keep Dark", and other settings are default.
2. Open your browser and go to the website listed under "Additional Context" below.
3. View Results.

Expected Result

Show normal page translation popups at the bottom.

Actual Result

The popup styles become confusing, as shown below:
