When using the hint button on the following question "How can you use 3rd party vaults to manage secrets for GitHub Actions?" the link is related to the storage of large secrects - https://docs.github.com/en/actions/security-guides/encrypted-secrets#storing-large-secrets

This link contains no information related to interacting with 3rd party vaults.
