linking synthesis process schema, measurement schema and simulation schema

How to link different stand-alone schemas? Probably this is a database-side issue.
We currently agreed with a generic URL that links to a another structured schema or to a non-structured set of data.

you can find in the "synthesis" section that some fields are outputs from HRXRD or AFM, so this is an example where we can modelize the linking to that data
