Unable to install due to error

Describe the bug

When downloading the software I got an error message saying unable to install contact software manufacturer for assistance.

I expect the software to be installed

Workaround did not work for me. I am running Sonoma 14.4 on a M3. Moved to desktop, documents, home folder, back to downloads folder, same issue. Tested 2ch and 16ch (0.5.0) installers.
