Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently connext persists ethproviderURL in the store once it's set. Problem: that prevents users from switching in between "light", "native", "infura" mode.

Describe the solution you'd like
Connext to allow switching eth provider: connext/rest-api-client#97, xud-docker to use this new functionality to inject a changing ethprovider URL
