OpenFAST CPP driver glue code doesn't build

Bug description
OpenFAST CPP driver glue code doesn't build with this error message using exawind-manager. I cross filed this issue with OpenFAST and apparently it's an exawind-manager issue and not a generic build issue. OpenFAST/openfast#2368. I'd appreciate someone fixing this.. or giving me some pointers on how to fix it.
