OS: Windows 10
Android Studio: 2022.3.1
I was trying to re-build a project and errors showed up during the clean indicating it can't delete the build folder, found out language_server_windows_x64.exe was the cause.

same issue in IntelliJ IDEA , locks the build folder and prevents rebuilds many times, please fix this
