Note: when sharing the link for download the Version 2, is a good idea use https://ethicsinaction.ieee.org/ or http://standards.ieee.org/develop/indconn/ec/auto_sys_form.html. This make easier for incentive later people ask who download to join the initiative.

At http://standards.ieee.org/develop/indconn/ec/ead_v1.html EADv1 Executive Summary has a translation to portuguese:

Humm... we do not have translation, even for executive summary, for the V2 to Portuguese. And for the V1, not even to Spanish.
