As a site user, I can receive an order confirmation so that I can retain a record of my purchase.

Acceptance criteria:

An order confirmation appears immediately on successful completion of a purchase.
For registered users, past order confirmations can be viewed via user profile.
Regardless of registration status, all users who complete an order receive an email with an order confirmation.
