When you un-archive a channel, the next time the gardener runs, it wants to re-archive the channel. It probably should take into account the un-archive time as part of the post history for counting.
Steps to Reproduce
Let gardener archive a channel (then you know you have reached the sleep time)
Unarchive the channel
Wait for the next run and it wants to archive the channel you just unarchived.
Expected behavior: It doesn't ask to archive a channel you have just unarchvied until much later.
Actual behavior: It wants to archive a channel I have just recovered.
Thanks for submitting an issue @njmoorewitchcat, have you found that it warns the channel again? or just archives the freshly unarchived channel when the gardener next runs?
