seeing it in tests https://github.com/LuxDL/Lux.jl/actions/runs/11658580158/job/32457843882?pr=1023#step:6:1195 seems to originate from varm! in julia 1.10. Same tests work fine on linux at least locally

I could reproduce this on linux as well. Strangely it is non-deterministic and hence didn't see it locally before. But it seems resolved on main.

@wsmoses is there a timeline for the new tag? Quite a few 1.10 things started failing with the current release
