Can't install with every installer

I tried to install PostgreSQL in all versions all have the same issue, I will include the files with the "error" because I don't know what is the problem, I uninstall the antivirus, check if is a preview installed version and nothing, always reboot before try it and nothing.

that's really odd. the installation seems to have exited abruptly. could you run the installer on CMD with options and share the debug file? "<installer_exe> -debugtrace debug.txt"
