Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As we have plenty of our Detekt static code analysis warnings suppressed with the baseline file, we could consider solving some of them to protect everyone from copying the intentionally suppressed code smells.

Describe the solution you'd like

Go through the suppressed warnings in tools/detekt-baseline.xml one by one and come up with the warning solution. Then recreate the baseline file by running the detektGenerateBaseline Gradle task.
