Update readme to allow open source contribution

Hey I saw that the readme does not contain any information on how to setup this project on local. I want to fix few issues I have seen but I cannot do. Can the original authors take some time and write some instructions on how to set this up locally?

Hi, i wrote build instruction here . I forgot to add it to readme, feel free to open PR and i will merge it.
you can also update the build instruction if you find it not as detailed as it should be.
