Win7 Pro x64 -> GPU-process is broken after launching a browser using "Runas" command.

Win 7 Pro x64.
AMD FirePro M4000,

I use runas for starting browser -
%WINDIR%\system32\runas.exe /savecred /user:%COMPUTERNAME%\Test_user c:\r3dfox\r3dfox_esr.exe

After start i see problem in about:support:

I can't even get the browser to run with runas on my end.
