Work in conjunction with Ecdar-GUI to update the specification the simulation interface in Ecdar/Ecdar-ProtoBuf#5.

Implement the backend to simulate as required for the services.

We can pretty easily add code to simulate TransitionSystems as of now, but refactoring is required to simulate refinement checks. It would be preferable if refinement.rs and the refinement simulation code can share common code instead of copying code/ideas from refinement.rs.
