[Bug] Piston wont extend.

Describe the bug

The piston won't extend even though it is powered and has only one dirt block infront of it as seen in the image. I have tested it in single player and there it worked flawlessly.

To Reproduce

Like seen in the picture, even though the setup sometimes works in other places but somehow not always.

Expected behavior

The piston extends, pushes the dirt, then retracts because it doesnt get powered anymore.

Where is the chunk border? Redstone won't cross chunk borders without identical Perms.
