We had to pin it via a workaround suggested by @maresb - we should unpin it when conda-lock==3 is released, since Ben has already put in the fix in conda/conda-lock#733

OK conda-lock==2.5.7 is now out - that was just a rebuild for CFEP-25, the fix still needs to be folded in a new release, will do the unpin and test PR anyway, just so we have it at hand #3852
