Another possibility is that this has to do with Global Privacy Control (GPC). If that's the case, deactivating Send websites the "Global Privacy Control" and "Do Not Track" signals in PB's options should make the error go away, and reactivating the setting should make it come back.
I'm sorry you're unable to reproduce, I am also unable to reproduce it at the moment on my Win 10 PC. I have my Firefox browser synced between my Win 11 workstation and my Win 10 home PC. I don't know why it's not working on my Win 11 machine. This seems to be a rather finicky issue.
I'll test again tomorrow. I had the same problem with the same sites for two days in a row. 4/5 tries the website failed to load.
I'll check the things you recommended and come back to you!
So, just to make sure I tested it again. I deactivated all other extensions and only left "Privacy Badger" activated. The website was broken on my Win11 PC.
As you suggested I unchecked the "Send Websites the 'Global Privacy Control' and 'Do Not Track' signals" and reloaded the website, and after one or two reloads, the sites work again and keep working.
Tested on both the websites I linked above.
So it seems it is in fact these two signals that broke the site? I'm gonna have to check again at home on my Win10 PC, I don't know why it's only my Win11 PC.
