As of https://github.com/pyrogram/pyrogram lack of updates, I think it's better to switch to an up-to-date version.
https://github.com/hydrogram/hydrogram seems to be the perfect candidate

I still have to check all the documentations of all 5 to see what fits my needs

kinda in a hurry. didn't checked fully the docs yet but it might help with some recent issues

pyroblack have proven not to be stable enough, especially when it comes to uploading files and handling networking issues
