Develop plan for transferring harmonised files from GDP to GWAS Catalog

Genetic Data Platform team (Yue) harmonises data from studies that are not already harmonised and identified as of interest to our collaborators (AMP knowledge portal and INTERVENE). This harmonised data should be fed back to the Catalog and made available to Catalog users.

We need to formulate a plan for data transfer and tracking to release this data

We need to :
-ensure reference data is consistent with that used by the Catalog (dbSNP version, reference genome, Ensembl release)
-ensure pipeline version is consistent with that used by Catalog
-ensure formatting procedure is consistent

Issues - if we update dbSNP version and harmonise an old study there will be variability in reference data amongst old studies. May not be a big deal.
