Add Documentation for Fixing Detecto Model State Dict

During competition, we found an issue with loading detecto models. Specifically, the state_dict saved for a model had a different set of keys. We created some code to fix the state_dict.

Need to document this issue in the cv documentation and provide resources to fix this issue if it comes up in the future.
