Can't mute players (Scoreboard muting bypassed)

Greetings.
In this plugins there seems to be a bug that bypasses the scoreboard muting, making it so muting any player's voice via scoreboard pointless. the "voice_enable 0" console command also doesn't work, I can still hear voice chat.

To recreate this bug, simply mute someone and see if you can see hear their voice chat.
Tested on the currently latest version of ABCEnchance
