[BUG] DatePicker 组件（范围选择）输入框内文字没有垂直居中

2.68.3

Current Behavior

当 DatePicker 组件处于范围选择时，肉眼可见输入框内的文字在垂直方向上没有居中

检查元素，发现 .semi-input-wrapper 的高度是 24px

而 .semi-input 的高度是 22px

两个元素是顶部对齐的，所以导致 input 向上偏移了 2px，没有居中对齐。

Expected Behavior

正确的居中
