Steps etc. are not exported to CSV

I am using the Windows Build but I cannot see any data except the headers (steps etc.) in the CSV, what am I doing wrong?

Moreover, the steps and time are not updated after couple of minutes working fine. Furthermore if i click stop, the treadmill stops but the button does not "reset" and gives me the option to start the treadmill again. But if i click the stop button the treadmill starts.

Edit: 2nd round, 27 minutes in and the steps are counted properly and no interruption until now, but still after pressing stop the steps are not exported to the CSV. After restarting the treadmill by remote the steps are not listed again in the APP nor does it appear in the CSV.
