Omega is now written in C, instead of Go.

The main reason for going this route is to be able to get closer to the metal, so we can hope to squeeze out further performance and get more granular control over the development of the language.

On top of an entire re-write, v0.10.0 has also gone through a few small optimizations. Mind you, these are small optimizations. See the attached screenshots for a couple seconds of optimization squeezes.
