When issue #63 is implemented the system can show recommendations that are irrelevant for the user. If the user is "not interested" in a project the system still could show the project repeatedly. If we can track if a user is "not interested" in a certain project we can remove it from his project recommendations.

A way to stop showing projects to a user which he/she is not interested in.

Is this issue related to being able to 'not interest' 1 project forever, like some kind of blacklist? Or something like where the user selects a few projects they're not interested in and that the systeem sees which tags align and make those kinds of tags be recommended less?

The recommendation system will recommend projects. So somewhere on Dex recommended projects will show-up. However the user may already have seen certain projects in these recommendations and he/she might not be interested in certain projects. By being "not interested" in a project the recommendation system will not be showing up the project to the user anymore.

So being "not interested" in a project is forever. I wouldn't specify it as a blacklist, but more as a list of projects that the user just doesn't like and doesn't want to get as a recommendation. The user should be able to switch between being "not interested".
